Segment 1: Are you having trouble sleeping or getting to sleep? Difficulty sleeping is sometimes associated with pain, obesity and even mobility, such as difficulty walking or going up and down stairs. But being a senior doesn't mean you shouldn't sleep well or benefit from this restorative process that helps you remain vital and active. Sleeping well is essential to aging well. In this segment, Dr. Aneesa Das, a Sleep Medicine specialist with the Ohio State University Medical Center, highlights how we can get a better night's rest.

Segment 2: Carol Baker has been a fitness instructor at Bally Total Fitness for more then twenty years and she has students of all ages, 30s - 80s, most of them younger than she is. At age 84, Carol shows few signs of slowing down. Today, she is going to show us a weight-lifting routine we can use at home. Increased strength means increased independence and weight training will give you more energy, which will allow you to be more active and healthy. Not only that, it will help you sleep better at night-another key component of successful aging.
