Caregiving: Less Stress Holidays:
The Holiday season is quickly approaching and it can be stressful for anyone, but caregivers might experience added holiday stress. However, the upcoming holidays don't have to leave caregivers feeling overwhelmed and stressed-out. Patty Callahan and Lynn Dobb are Caregiver Advocates with the Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging and have suggestions and insight on how you can make the holidays more enjoyable.
Memory People:
Social media can be an important vehicle for sharing and obtaining information and connecting with people we might not otherwise have the opportunity to meet. Today's guest, Rick Phelps, has demonstrated this by creating Memory People in order to connect with others once he was diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer's Disease.
