Feagler and Friends - December 5, 2005
Newsmaker: Michael Scharf, Case Western University law professor: The trial of Iraqi ex-dictator Saddam Hussein got off to a rocky start this week. Saddam and his associates are accused of crimes against humanity stemming from the torture and killing of scores of Iraqis after a failed 1980s assassination attempt. Professor Scharf helped train some of the court personnel to be involved in this and upcoming trials. He'll talk about the slow progress and discuss with Mr. Feagler what might be next.

Roundtable panelists: Kevin O'Brien, deputy editorial director for the Plain Dealer; Shannon Pettypiece, technology writer of Crain's Cleveland Business; Joe Yachanin, columnist, Sun Newspapers.
