There is an intense and growing interest in where our food comes from and in how healthy the food we are eating may be. Consumers are starting to ask some very pointed questions about our food supply. How important is it to eat local food? When we see something labeled "organic", how do we know it is really organic? Joining us tonight to try to shed some light on our plates is Dr. Carol Goland, the Executive Director of OEFFA, the Ohio Ecological Food and Farm Association, and Mike Laughlin, an Ohio Organic Farmer for more than a quarter century, a famous grower of heirloom tomatoes, and a proud board member of OEFFA.
Guests:
Carol Goland, Executive Director Ohio Ecological Food & Farm Association (OEFFA)
