Robert Frost is Counsel in the Cleveland office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP, whose focus is on estate planning, probate administration, probate litigation, and public law. He is the Chairman of the Republican Party of Cuyahoga County, a position he has held since January of 2005, and is also a member of the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections, where he has served since May 2007. A former city councilman for the City of Rocky River, Frost was elected Chairman of the Republican Party of Cuyahoga County on a platform of growing and rebuilding the county party. Frost graduated from Emory University in Atlanta in 1991, and obtained his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University in 1993. Prior to entering into private law practice, Rob served as Assistant Chief Legal Counsel to Ohio Auditor of State Jim Petro. Frost is a native Clevelander and currently resides in Lakewood with his wife Amy and their three children.

Chairman Frost will discuss the most recent reforms-from the Cuyahoga County form of government to the national healthcare and finance reforms-and discuss needed modifications to fit more conservative guidelines.
