Luke Visconti directs all editorial operations of DiversityInc magazine, which has circulation of more than 150,000, and the website, which reaches more than 800,000 unique people monthly. He also oversees marketing and circulation for the magazine, which he and his business partner founded in 1998.

Visconti developed and directs the methodology for the DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity. His blog, "Ask the White Guy," is a top draw on DiversityInc.com. He is a frequent senior level lecturer on the business benefits of diversity to corporations, business groups, and non-profit organizations. As a recognized leader on diversity issues, Visconti regularly appears on Fox, MSNBC and CNBC and is quoted in publications, such as The New York Times, Chicago Tribune, BusinessWeek, Fortune and The Wall Street Journal.

Visconti is a trustee at Bennett College for Women, board member at the New Jersey City University Foundation, and a member of the United States Navy Diversity Senior Advisory Group, Trendsmart Panel, Scripps Network, and PRIMER (Puerto Ricans in Management and Executive Roles). In January 2006, he received the "Bridge Builders Award" from Rev. Jesse Jackson, and in May 2006, the "Legacy of Leadership" award from Dr. Beverly Tatum of Spelman College. In 2007, he was named Member of the Year by PRIMER and Distinguished Alumnus by Rutgers University

Prior to entering the publishing industry, Visconti was on active duty as naval aviator and commissioned officer with the U.S. Navy from 1982 to 1990 and in the reserves until 1992.
