Dr. Kolp and Dr. Rea will speak about their new book "Integrity Is a Growth Market: Character-based Leadership." He earned degrees from Guilford College, Harvard Divinity School and a Ph.D. from Harvard University and has numerous publications in contemporary spirituality, including "Fresh Winds of the Spirit" and "Canopy of Light & Love." Kolp spent a year in Germany on a Fulbright scholarship and has taught in England.

Peter Rea is chair of the Business Division and associate professor of Business Administration at Baldwin-Wallace College.
