Movie lovers are counting the hours until the opening of the Cleveland International Film Festival this week. Wednesday morning at 9, host Dan Moulthrop talks with the festival's artistic director and the directors of some of the documentaries he is most excited about bringing to Cleveland. Among them: a surf film shot on the shores of Lake Erie; an exploration of how charter schools in Harlem are trying to rectify educational inequities; a personal story on what was really at stake for the community when basketball star Allen Iverson was arrested as a teen; how a brain injured artist found his salvation in a fictional town; and the human meaning of a GM factory closing near Dayton.
