The Ohio Legislative Black Caucus (OLBC) Foundation hosts the 11th Annual African American Legislators' Day Luncheon on Tuesday, February 10, 2009, from 11:30 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. in the Statehouse Atrium, in Columbus, Ohio. The theme of the luncheon is "Embracing Change: Looking Beyond for Ohio's Tomorrow". State Treasurer Kevin L. Boyce, Ohio's first Black Democrat to hold statewide office, is the featured speaker.
