Ohio House Speaker Larry Householder and four other men face federal charges alleging they took $60 million in exchange for pushing through a controversial energy bailout bill.
House Bill 6 passed into law last year and cost Ohioans more than $1 billion.
Gov. Mike DeWine and other legislators have called on Speaker Householder to resign.
