Schools across Ohio are standing on the edge of a financial cliff, which was built with COVID-relief dollars used to hire math specialists, counselors and other personnel to help students recover from pandemic-learning losses.
That money is going away and districts now have to decide if they want all those new hires to disappear too.
We're talking about the loss of federal COVID dollars for education.
