Ohio author and poet Maggie Smith is a 2011 recipient of the prestigious Creative Writing Fellowship for the National Endowment of the Arts. Smith is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University and Ohio State University and describes her poetry as lyrical, free verse. She visits Writers Talk to discuss the poems in her book "Lamp of the Body." Her collection also includes "Nesting Dolls," "The List of Dangers" as well as her yet-unpublished book "Hush Now."
