War of 1812 Bicentennial Events - Student Research Contest Awards Ceremony
The State of Ohio War of 1812 Bicentennial Commission awards six Ohio students for their research projects regarding the War of 1812 and its impact on the people, cultures, and political climate of Ohio. Students aged 13-18 (grades 7-12) were invited to compete for $10,000 in cash prizes, sponsored by Medical Mutual of Ohio.
