Treasurer Richard Cordray - Small Business Linked Deposit Program
While jobs left the state in record numbers, an Ohio Treasury program created to help reduce interest rates on loans to small businesses has languished for the past several years. The Small Business Linked Deposit Program fell from a high of 1,526 participants in 1999 to a low of 156 in 2006.
