HEADLINES: A bill allowing birthing centers in Amish communities to be exempt from certain state-licensing requirements generated emotional arguments in the Ohio Senate this week. The state takes in $63 million from tax-amnesty program. Senators say goodbye to Dan Brady while Rep. Dale Miller moves into his seat.

SEGMENT 1: Hundreds of prisoners will have to be resentenced, after a decision from the Ohio Supreme Court that ruled six parts of the state's sentencing law unconstitutional.. With Jim Canepa, chief attorney general for criminal justice, and Jeff Gamso, legal director of the ACLU of Ohio.
