HEADLINES: Tom Noe changed his plea and admitted he funneled donations to President Bush's reelection campaign. Terrence Gasper, former CEO of the Bureau of Workers' Compensation has pleaded guilty to taking a bribe for receiving investment. Ohio's most influential African-American leaders have endorsed Democrat Ted Strickland for governor. The Ohio Supreme Court says a man who claimed he was a victim of sex abuse by a priest can't sue for covering up the priest's crime. The Ohio Supreme Court overturned a death sentence for Troy Tenace. Auditor Betty Montgomery, hospitalized with a rare illness, was moved out of intensive care.
