The State of Ohio - New Attorney General Nancy Hardin Rogers; Casino Gambling

HEADLINES: Payday lenders are going for broke, now that the governor has signed a bill effectively outlawing them. Ohio's economy is still depressed, but Ohioans aren't down on Gov. Strickland for it. Veterans clubs are fuming over a ruling from the Ohio Supreme Court, which has rejected an appeal to exempt private clubs from the state's smoking ban. And the justices have also ruled against family members seeking the return of a loved one's body parts removed for testing during an autopsy. Republican Auditor Mary Taylor is joining the investigation into Marc Dann's office, who resigned as Attorney General in May.

ROUNDTABLE SEMGENT 1: Ohio's new attorney general shot from relative but respected obscurity in the dean's office in the Moritz College of Law at Ohio State University to the state's top legal official, overseeing hundreds of attorneys and working with the state's law enforcement teams. Nancy Hardin Rogers talks to Karen Kasler about how she hopes to turn things around as the Ohio's 48th attorney general.

ROUNDTABLE SEGMENT 2: It's shaping up to be another busy year on the ballot in Ohio. Two northeast Ohio entrepreneurs are partnering with casino operator Lakes Entertainment to create a huge casino complex located in Clinton County west of I-71 on Route 73 in southwest Ohio. Last week Dr. Brad Pressman, one of the partners in My Ohio Now and Tom Smith from the Ohio Council of Churches were here to talk about the project - here's the second part of our conversation.
