HEADLINES: Electronic gambling machines pass House headed and is headed to the Ohio Senate. A bill that hopes to halt future accounting scandals passes House. Governor Strickland makes recommendations to curtail the state's foreclosure problem.

SEGMENT 1: There is no official moratorium on executions in Ohio. But the governor has said there is basically an unofficial one, because of two key issues. Terry Collins is the director of the Department of Rehabilitation and Correction. I asked him how all this affects activities at the Lucasville prison, where executions are held.

SEGMENT 2: Consumer complaint lines are open again at the Ohio Consumers Counsel. The Ohio Consumers Counsel, Janine Migden Ostrander, explains why.

SEGMENT 3: And finally, there's a new way to tour one of the state's oldest and most historic buildings - the Statehouse - via a new website and through a cell phone. Gregg Dodd with the Capitol Square Review and Advisory Board says technology is now helping to tell stories from the past.
