The Sound of Ideas - The Supreme Court's Busy Week

Play

The Supreme Court's busy week went beyond the landmark rulings on same sex marriage and the affordable care act. The court ruled the EPA didn't fully consider costs in ordering cuts in mercury emissions at coal-fired power plants. What impact will that have? And a ruling on a Cleveland case would allow teachers to testify in child abuse cases in place of the child. We'll cover those rulings.
