Governor John Kasich, beginning his second term on the heels of a resounding re-election victory, offers his state of the state speech tonight in Wilmington. Wednesday at 9:00 on The Sound of Ideas, we'll discuss what the possible 2016 GOP presidential contender had to say. He's sure to discuss his budget proposals, which include further reductions income taxes, hikes in the fracking tax, and continued expansion of Medicaid.
