If you have a job and you get sick, what do you do? Stay home and take a sick day, right? What if you don't get sick days? 40 percent of the American workforce, many of them low-wage workers, have no paid time off for illness. If you want to be paid, you've got to go to work. Some say sick pay should be mandated by law. Many businesses say such a mandate would be a costly burden. What do you think?
