The Sound of Ideas - Ohio's New Adoption Law Takes Effect

Friday, a new state law -- passed last year -- takes effect allowing some 400,000 Ohio adoptees to access their adoption records, including birth certificates. For some, it could mean a reunification with birth parents; others might simply seek to know their origins. We'll talk with adoptees, birth parents, and those who helped enact this law.
