The Sound of Ideas - Kavanaugh Confirmation Hearings; Cleveland Property Values Study

Play

Judge Brett Kavanaugh answered dozens of questions through a marathon session of the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee considering his Supreme Court nomination. Senators were allotted 30 minutes each and questions probed his judicial record and sought his views regarding such issues as abortion law, gun rights and presidential powers during a criminal probe. More to come. Two local constitutional law experts join us.

Later, not every community in Cleveland has rebounded from the 2008 housing crash. Predominantly black neighborhoods have been left behind. We will discuss a new study that uses data to paint a disparate picture of the housing recovery.
