We all know the challenge of making yourself healthier --eating better, exercising, kicking bad habits, seeing the doctor. It's not easy to do. Imagine the difficulty, then, trying to improve the health of an entire county where some neighborhoods face the challenges of poverty and lack of access to healthy foods and health care. Join us on this edition of the Sound of Ideas as we explore how Cuyahoga County plans to improve its health.
