A local government agency is raking in the bucks in child support collections. Why are they having success where other agencies struggle? The Summit County Prosecutor's Office has collected about $20 million since 2001. That's quite a lot considering Cuyahoga County, a much larger neighboring area, is touting figures in the $10 million range.
