Ohio colleges and universities are welcoming more foreign-born students than ever before to shore up declining enrollment. At Ohio State, for example, enrollment of international students -- who usually pay full freight -- is up more than 200 percent compared to 2009. We look at foreign-student recruitment, the impact of their enrollment and efforts to keep them here once they get a degree.
