Not all of the nursing homes caring for 1.3 million seniors in America are doing an adequate job. U.S. Senators this week released a list of 400 facilities with consistent records of poor care, a list that had been withheld from the public for years. The Ohio Department on Aging's elder care advocate joins us to discuss the list and how substandard Ohio facilities are being dealt with here.
