The Black Swamp Arts Festival, the three day arts and music festival held annually the weekend after Labor Day, is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. This year's event is September 8th, 9th and 10th. Here to fill us in on all the activities at this year's event are John Zanfardino, Ward 2 City Councilman, and Cole Christensen and Tim Concannon, Performing Arts Committee Chairs.
