Four weeks prior to the 2018 General Election, "The Journal" looks at the many candidates and numerous issues that will be up for vote on Tuesday, November 6. Joining us to talk about getting out to vote and the voting process in general are Terry Burton, co-director of the Wood County Board of Elections, and Paul Valdez, associate director of the BGSU Center for Community and Civic Engagement.
