State Senator Nina Turner (D-Cleveland) and State Representative Kathleen Clyde (D-Kent), along with Nancy Neylon, Executive Director of the Ohio Domestic Violence Network, geld press conference Thursday, September 18, 2014 at 9 a.m. The group discussed the pending introduction of the Address Confidentiality Program bill, designed to empower domestic violence victims to vote while allowing them to keep their home address secret from their abusers.
