State Rep. Nickie Antonio (D-Lakewood) discusses House Bill 160, The Ohio Fairness Act, which seeks to ban discrimination in the areas of housing, employment and public accommodation based on sexual orientation and gender identity.
Rep. Antonio is joined by representatives of The Human Rights Campaign, Equality Ohio, and Trans Ohio to discussed the newly released State Equality Index (SEI) report, an annual comprehensive state-by-state report from the Human Rights Campaign and the Equality Federation Institute. The report details statewide laws and policies that affect LGBTQ people and their families.
