State Representative Scott Wiggam (R-Wooster) holds a press conference to unveil legislation to combat the widespread drug epidemic that has impacted the state. The legislation will focus on reforming Ohio's drug trafficking penalties to support Ohio's judicial system and law enforcement personnel as they work to rid communities of illicit drugs.
