The Ohio State Fair Sale of Champions livestock auction, held in the Celeste Center, showcases Ohio's premium livestock, premier Junior Fair exhibitors and generous supporters. On the sale bill are grand champion and reserve champion meat chickens, market lambs, market barrows, market beef and three new additions for 2011 that include the grand champion market goat, turkey and a block of Swiss cheese to represent the six dairy champions.
2011 total sale: $316,000
2011 amount earned for Youth Reserve Program: $236,000
