Ohio 4-H held a speech competition on July 27, 2011 at the Ohio State Fair. The speeches were on the topic of Health and Safety, and the children were divided into two divisions. The Senior Division consisted of children aged 14 and older, and the Junior Division consisted of children aged 13 and under.
