National Kiddie Tractor Pull is a miniature tractor pull for boys and girls from the ages of 3 through 8 years old. The tractor is 1/10th the size of an average farm tractor. Pedal tractors and a scale size wight transfer sled is used. The pull lane is 30 feet in length. There are three classes. A 3-4 year old, 5-6 year old and 7-8 year old class. Participants pull the sled with the pedal tractor as they procede down the pull lane. The box on the sled moves forward transferring the wight from the wheels to the pan (skid plate), which makes it harder to pull. Weight is loaded into the box until a winner is declared in each class.
