Program Directory
The Ohio Public Speaking program was initiated in 1946 to serve as a teaching method for farm and home safety. Since then, this program has added health topics and involved thousands of boys and girls in local, county, area, and statewide public speaking events. In addition, many 4-H'ers have presented their talks to local 4-H clubs, community groups, on radio and television, and at selected community events.
