Ohio State Fair - 4-H Health and Safety Speech Competition (2013)

The Ohio Public Speaking Program was initiated in 1946 to serve as a teaching method for farm and home safety. Since then, this program has involved thousands of boys and girls in local, county, area, and statewide public speaking events.

Twenty-four students were selected to compete in this year's competition at the Ohio State Fair.
