Ohio State Fair - 4-H Fashion Revue - Afternoon Classes & Awards Ceremony (2012)

In the Fashion Revue, 4-H members from around Ohio exhibit items they assembled or constructed in one of several categories from beginner to advanced skill levels. Participants are judged on their knowledge, skill and understanding related to their project. The top 20 percent of each class is recognized with an "Outstanding of the Day" award.

Categories for the Afternoon portion include: Tops for Tweens; Sundresses and Jumpers; Clothes for Middle School; Clothes for High School and College; Active Sportswear; Sportswear for Spectators; Lounge Wear; Outer Layers; Dress Up Day Wear; Dress Up Formal Wear; and new for 2012, Clothing Master.

In the Awards Ceremony, clock trophies are given to those that demonstrate outstanding skills in their project and presentation. One finalist per class receives this award.
Other awards given include: Outstanding Use of Wool Fabrics, Junior & Senior Master Clothing Educator Awards, the Lloyd & Doris Robie $500 Scholarship, Pig Suede, a Mohair Scarf, two pairs of shears and a sewing machine.
