Four officers, who died while serving in 2010, were honored this year:
- Chief Carl E. Worley, Ross Township Police Department
- Trooper Andrew C. Baldridge, Ohio State Highway Patrol
- Officer Thomas F. Patton II, Cleveland Heights Police Department
- Sergeant James A. Kerstetter, Elyria Police Department

One historical induction was added this year, after his department discovered that he had made the ultimate sacrifice for his community many years ago:
-Marshal John Vapenik, Maple Heights Police Department - 1920
