Ohio House Finance and Appropriations Committee met on May 20th at 1:30 PM to discuss and take testimony on H. B. No. 459, Rep. Sprague's bill regarding Uniform Depository Act-modify authorized investments of interim/inactive moneys.
Testimony and amendments were made for H. B. No. 533 Rep. McGregor and Rep. Mallory's Toll projects-scope/user fees/public- private transportation facility agreements bill, and testimony was also heard for Sen Beagle and Peterson's Sub. S. B. No. 263 that requires the Tax Commissioner to notify taxpayers of tax or fee overpayments, and permits the Commissioner to credit the excess against future obligations or issue refunds.
