Ohio Board of Regents - 2012 Complete College Ohio Conference: "No Time to Waste"
The Ohio Board of Regents presented the Complete College Ohio Conference at Columbus State Community College on November 13, 2012. An expanded version of the annual trustees conference, it provides concrete suggestions on how to work together to get more Ohioans earning high-quality post-secondary credentials.
The Complete College Ohio Conference is a mix of presentations by state and national experts, focusing on practical solutions to improve students' college readiness, keep students on track to attain a degree in a timely way, and incentives to increase completion.
This segment includes: "No Time to Waste" with Roy Church, Ed.D. - President, Lorain County Community College (Moderator); Davis Jenkins, Ph.D. - Senior Researcher, Community College Research Center, Columbia University; John Cavanaugh, Ph.D. - Chancellor, Pennsylvania University System; Rebecca Butler - State Project Director, Completion by Design, Ohio Cadre, Sinclair Community College; and Mary Ellen Mazey, Ph.D. - President, Bowling Green State University.
