Also passed was Substitute House Bill 124, sponsored by Representatives Johnson and Huffman. This bill authorizes the prescribing of drugs to the partners of a patient with an STD.
House Bill 155 sponsored by Representatives Dever and Conditt also passed this week. This bill requires the Treasurer of State to create federally tax-advantaged disability savings account.
