Toledo's water was unsafe to drink for three days in 2014. Huge increases in the enormous masses of bacteria-carrying algae is due to an increase of phosphorus in the water. Pam Taylor, a volunteer with the Environmentally Concerned Citizens of South Central Michigan and Sandy Bihn, Director of Lake Erie Waterkeeper join us to discuss the issue.
