Deadline Now - 12-30-2016 - Attracting young people back downtown

There's clear evidence that Toledo has a major problem not only attracting young educated professionals, but keeping the ones who grow up here. A recent study of U.S. Census data showed Toledo was near the bottom when it came to its percentage of degree-holding millenials. Many have left to find better jobs, or more interesting people with whom to socialize, or because they want more cultural diversity. This is a problem that has also affected many older industrial cities, but many of them, including Detroit, are now attracting young people back downtown. So - what does Toledo need to do? Is there hope on the horizon?
