Cleveland Connects - Building Momentum

Cleveland is in the midst of a $6-7 billion dollar building boom that includes a downtown casino, a new convention center and medical mart, riverfront office buildings and substantial new investments in higher education, cultural institutions and hospitals. Downtown housing is nearly full and developers are looking to expand the rental market. The challenge is not to let the momentum slip away. Join the conversation, led by Joe Frolik, The Plain Dealer's Chief Editorial Writer, and Paul Levy, CEO of Philadelphia's Center City District, and a panel of our community's stakeholders, seeking ideas to use these investments as a springboard to seed the connective tissue and help create a vibrant, sustaining heart for the entire region.
