We sit down with the man who screens every film, and then some, CIFF, Artistic Director, Bill Guentzler. And we meet two brothers who wrestled with getting their movie in CIFF's local heroes' category. Plus we'll preview a festival at the Cleveland Cinematheque where the fans are obsessed wth films that flopped.
