Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches may not be a common lunch option anymore with the number of children with peanut allergies increasing. A recent study found that early exposure however, may lessen a child's chance of having a peanut allergy. We will look into this study and discuss also latest trends in weightlifting with the Arnold Sports Fest show approaching.
