A little over one year later and the Ebola outbreak in West Africa has caused over 10,000 deaths and affected the lives of so many. We will take a look at the lessons the world has learned since the outbreak, and how we can better prepare for the next outbreak. Plus, from coffee to beef jerky we'll talk to author Patrick Di Justo about his book "This Is What You Just Put in Your Mouth?" and the not so delicious components that are found in some of our favorite foods.
