One hundred years ago this week, the nation suffered its most widespread flood ever-1000 people were killed, and hundreds of thousands of homes were destroyed throughout fourteen states. In this hour, All Sides will take a close look at the aftermath of the 1913 disaster, the origins of our modern flood-control systems, and in the wake of Hurricanes Katrina and Sandy, explore what's changed, and what hasn't.
