After protests toppled a pro-Russian president in Ukraine, Russian president Putin sent troops into the Crimean peninsula and annexed it. Now the Ukrainian government faces a pro-Russian rebellion that has seized several cities in the east and divided the country. Multiple ceasefires have failed. This hour we will discuss the situation on the ground as well as foreign policy options for the US.
